Platform Peep Toe

¿I can wear socks black with red peep-toe shoes?

I wear a dress coat in black and white. Red purse, jewelry, red, red peep-toe shoes (Before the heel of the platform of wood cone). I know some socks and black shoes are "in" but it is too "out there" to wear in public? Do not want to wear bare legs and socks without feet to slide.
