Progrid Xodus Running
Is this a good shoe to run cross-country skiing?

In a training shoe for the practice and the race? http://www.sierratradingpost.com/p/342, ProGrid Xodus-Trail-Running-shoes-1839J_Saucony-by-Women.html

Wow weird. I have exactly the same shoes. (Which is probably not surprising, because I have only 20 pairs of running shoes) These shoes are good for me because stabalize the foot, and have a lot of traction for trail running, which is what it is XC. But a shoe for me would hurt you. What I suggest is to go to a shoe store runs. You are asked to walk barefoot and you will see walking. It costs extra money and people are very good and identify the way your foot moves and can choose a shoe that is right for you. But they are a good running shoe and compete. But if your going to get competition for the race you may want to look into apartments or a career edge. Flats racing shoes are very light, and advice that you probably has a maximum level just below for better traction.
